My career consists of two stages

Stage 1 - Work for a large construction company in the energy sector with branches in Eastern Europe, Asia, and Africa. At different times it was different directions of my activity from equipment supply to participation of the company in tenders.

Stage 2 - The last 4 years have been associated with the development of executives and employees of companies in the format of individual career counseling, coaching, trainings, and webinars.

I am a mom of three schoolchildren. It's not always easy, it's often a challenge,
and every day I'm learning to be a better mom for my kids.

My boyfriend is french, my friends are from Spain, Poland and Turkey and my children go to Estonian School so on everyday basis I speak English
and Estonian as well as deal with cultural differences.

I am a team player, and I particularly enjoy evenings with friends over board games, as well as walks in the company of like-minded people in nature.

For me, coaching is a way of life. The coaching approach is implemented in all important areas of my life. I apply a coaching mindset both in my interactions with my children, in their development, in my interactions with my team and business partners. Even in social dance (I dance salsa), when I follow the philosophy
of coaching, the dance is more harmonious and beautiful.

Today I had a very inspiring coaching session.
Request - what do I do next as a business owner when there is war in my country
I started the session with a loss of energy, fears, a swarm of destructive thoughts in my head.
Thanks to you, I honestly answered the questions that I was afraid of. I was afraid why?
Laziness/fear of starting over.
Why? What if it doesn't work out and I will have to put in a lot of effort.
The difficult experience of opening my own business in Kiev came up.

Then we went the other way and opened a box of my positive experiences.
I remembered how I can transform my weaknesses into strengths. I remembered how
I had come out of every bad situation in my life a winner, how a new road that I didn't even know I had opened up.
I am very glad that we worked today, and I went from "negative" state to "positive" state.

Everyone has moments in life when you need an outsider's perspective, when neither
you nor your loved ones can find the words to tell you where to go. We see this help subjectively.
And sometimes we get too caught up in our thoughts.

and do not know where to grow, to develop, what in the end to do in life, then you need to go to her.
My feelings after the first session were that I woke up after surgery and found that I had something re-stitched.
It's both uncomfortable, but a very cool feeling. I still have a lot of things to do.

But I felt that there was no longer the anguish that was constantly swarming in my head
from the fact that I wanted to change something, but I did not know what to change and how to do it.

I realised what is important and what is superfluous. I feel so relieved now.

Secondly, I set myself immediate goals for my career and my life in general and started
to think about global goals (which was very difficult for me, I did not even know what
I wanted in a year, let alone in the longer term). The result: I understand where I want to go,
what I want to be, and I know some goals.
And then, apparently, the query can be framed as: what resources can I use
(or what prevents me) to move towards my goals?

I realised why I had been afraid for a long time and could not articulate everything.
I was afraid of having to work hard again, of living under stress,
of being such an overachiever, and that is not my resource state.
